Hi, i bought a donation on 15.7.2016 but i didnt received any donation code. I also wrote an email to paymentwall but i didnt get any response from them. I bought a S4 set for 5 dollars which is 4,50 euros. My account name is - and email for the account is -. Im also sending you screenshot from my bank account history. I hope you can solve this soon. I wrote an email to
[email protected] 8 days ago but i dint get any response... I will provide screenshot from my bank account to administrator if someone finally answer me.

I'm away and not able to really respond to many emails at the moment, but what I can tell you from here is that I cannot help with this. I am not the payment provider -- I only can see/handle donations once they've cleared and shown up on our end. If you don't have a code, that means nothing has been shown to us. I do not know why Paymentwall did not respond to you (did you check spam folder?) but they are the only ones that can help with this since they're the ones who charged you. People say their response time is quite fast... maybe try again?
