Hello, I wasn't active for a while now- think it's been like 2 years. I came back and it says my account got banned. Any chance of restoring it and returning it to me ?

You should contact Xios at [email protected], he is the one dealing with Ptaq and related bans. Do not forget to specify him your account name and the reason of your ban.

I gave Ptaq my account info to play on it on occasion- but unfortunately, I have no idea why did he get banned. Is there a way to resolve this?
