Deleted account/restoration

About 3 weeks ago I've sent an e-mail with all the necessary informations and screens in relation to account recovery which does no longer exists after my game break-time. How long does it normally take to get an answer on it?

Depends on how much e-mails the Admin recieves, however 3-4 weeks should be considered as the usually time to wait.
