Character restoration

Hello there,

I played here a couple of years ago and had some characters here. Their names were (as far as I recall): Beherit (UD Warlock), Algebra (NE Hunter), Nocturnus (Orc Warrior) + some others I don't remember (a draenei shaman?). All of them had the donator stuff enabled. Today after logging in to see how things were going, I found out that the characters are missing. I'm not quite sure what happened.

Can they be restored? I don't even know how and when were they deleted.
