Hey there!

I've sent two emails to the [email protected] address, Both containing the '5 years old account gone' in their title/subject.
I do not want to disclose any information about the issue here on the forums, so I'm just here to maybe speed up the process of getting my issue reviewed, even though I know how many emails you guys get.

Sending additional emails is the worst thing you can probably do in a situation like this. Due to a large amount of emails there is a 'queue'. The oldest emails are the first to serve. As you send your email to [email protected] and then send an additional one after a couple of days, your first email's position in the queue is lost. Your second email 'bumps' your 'conversation' which is now treated as a new entry. Therefore, your email is moved to the very end of the queue and you have to wait even longer.

EDIT:
Old accounts are removed from time to time if not used anymore. Unless you had the donor account protection, it might be gone now.

The second email I've sent was necessary, since I forgot to mention something important in the first one.
And yes, I indeed had a donor account, but It still got deleted.

I don't exactly remember when this donor protection feature was implemented. For those who got donors after it was implemented, the protection was applied instantly. In case someone had a donor character before the feature, then it was necessary to use a special crystal inside the donor mall.

I get a lot of emails, have real life responsibilities, and other work to do on SF :(. I'm sorry I can't reply faster sometimes.
