Ok, today I was trying to log on my account and it said it has been closed... so I decided to make a new one and same thing. Few minutes later I realised that I got IP banned but honestly, I can't figure out for what reason? Is it because I insulted some random rogue from my guild or wtf? I mean sure, if I insulted him shouldn't that mean you can ban for few hours? But permanently. wtf ? I've insulted people, and they insulted me but I don't see anyone of them being IP banned... so What the fuck is going on here? Did he lie so much that you had to IP ban me or what? I'd like to hear from either henhouse or one of the GM's who banned me as soon as possible... Also if you'd like to contact me over the MSN you can add me. My adress is : [email protected]

Let me firstly add you should not have received a permanent ban unless insulting someone was very repeated and very critical, which most likely wasn't the case. It was probably made by some typo error by the GM who did the investigating.

On that note, we do IP ban people when they receive any type of suspension. This is because it's very easy to make multiple accounts to avoid suspensions which we don't want to tolerate. So the IP suspensions follow along with any type of suspension/account closure.

Unfortunately, I'm the only one who handles unbans of any kind and I'm about to leave for a few hours. While I'm gone, if you could dispatch an email from your registered account email address to [email protected] with your account name, NOT PASSWORD. I'll be able to look right into it when I get back.

So uhm, there's no chance you could do it like now... I could just private message you if its possible?:p

Well I'm getting ready as we speak, I typically like things handled via email when account issues are in hand. But if it's dire I suppose you could PM me.

A BAN looks like:

"This account has been CLOSED and is no longer available for use."

A suspension is:

"This account has been temporarily suspended."

There is a difference. I've looked at both your IP and account and there is no permanent ban on any of them, unless I over looked it somehow. According to this you have 3 hours and 50 minutes remaining.

Yeah I know, but any new account I make it says its closed.... so why's that happening?

Might just say that for other accounts, I'm not sure. Just wait until your suspension is over. I would also stop making accounts since you obviously cannot get into them.
