Greetings,

I faced the most unfortunate bug today which led me to a point where I'm considering of leaving this server. At this point you may wonder what could possibly lead someone to consider leaving this place as it's the only not russian infected instant 70 competitive arena environment.

So this terrible event took place the day after I had reached 2050+ rating after working my ass off. You should know I was so hyped of this rating and 5000/5000 arena points because for the first time I was close to reaching full legendary set (main hand+off hand and staff).

As mentioned above these events happened the day after we had worked our way up to 2050 with Kez (High Warlord Sprintex), in other words today 14.11.2015. To be specific this bug occured around at the same time server started to DC due arena flushing.

It's important you know I still had my legendary before these flushes. At this point you probably have figured out that it was my legendary main hand healing mace that disappeared. I've several eye witnesses who can prove that I really had this legendary weapon yesterday. Couple of these eye witnesses are known authors in Smolderforge such as Ptaq who's vengeful gladiator and multi gladiator so he can be trust.

If you decided to not read my story, I wish this atleast catches your attention so here's the conclusion: I worked my ass off to 2050 and capped my arenapoints @ 5000. Next day (today) the legendary healing mace I bought had disappeared. I still had it in the morning.

I can confirm this, he bought the Crystal spire of karabor look a like in red.

They can't check if you had the item or not, there's no database were you can confirm that you had it/bought it. You can only get your item back if you have screenshots/photos of you having it in your bags/equiped or even showing them that you bought it.
& if you can't, then they can't help you. GMs rank 1 or 2, not even henhouse.

It also happened with my dwarf priest. I bought legendary staff from arenas and I lost it
