Donation code stuff

I had an account like 2-3 years ago with 9 donors on and i had donated 11 times for s4 gear, tier 6 and the legendary bow and now the account seems to be deleted and all of the characters aswell, i've tried make characters with the same names as i used to have and they're all gone. I have proof of those donations and is there any chance of me getting those donor codes back so that i can use them ?
