Spell bars bugged

Hi , when i put my talents on bars , on my priest , than i play , so well , after i relog , they are fucked up , they are going back like the 1st bars , np , i put them back as my new talent bars , i play again , i relog , they are again like the past , every time , i don't know what to do , i re-installed wow , with non-addons , same problem , they are like saved old talents some how , and they still rearange on my bar after every relog , just on my priest , could you help me faster ? I deleted the Cache folder also , nothing , they are rearangeing like shit .

If you right click on your folder where you have wow installed, unmark read only, do all your changes that you want, bars, sound options, graphical options etcs, and then close wow, right click the same folder and check in read only again, that is highly likely to fix your problem.

bars arent 100% saved client side imho, thats why u get bars scattered if u borrow someone your character

I've had the same problem with spell bars, but now it seems fine. The other thing I also noticed are some bugged items. I'm moving some of them to bank from my bags and the next time i log in they are back in bags... It's driving me crazy. I believe it works only on items that have been sent from other characters over the mail. Any help with that?
