Greetings, I donated a few hours ago and I have yet to receive my donation code. I'm curious as to when I will receive it. I opened a ticket hours ago with no luck, and now i'm nearly about to refund it. I don't want to but if my items aren't arriving I might have to. if any GM/Administrator could be as so kind as to helping me solve my issue I would be very greatful.

GMs can't help you about this issue, and the help that the admin can provide is very limited, because the issue is related to the payment service.

Anyway I'm pretty sure it's written somewhere that it can take up to 48 hours, it depends of your payment method.
