Exactly 2 weeks ago I payed for a donorship swap, also I wrote to you an e-mail with the requirements (ex. The account from which is payed, the transfer from who... to, the reference ID number). So my question is when I will get the swap for how long I should wait more?... Please help me as fast as you can because I am waiting exactly 2 weeks :) :D

You'll have to wait until it's completed, there are no other ways than to wait for him to email you back.

just make thread named " I JUST SPENT 1000EUROS FOR DONOR PLS HALP " and he will read it instantly...
whole "gm support" is pretty terrible here if u consider there is only 100 population

I'm sorry about this. I honestly have been very busy with other SF matters, preparing for a tournament, and doing a lot of code changes. Doing support emails, transfers, recoveries, investigations, etc. really take a long time and are very undesirable so I tend to push them aside so I can be more productive on SF in a server-related way. I apologize for taking so long. I'll make an effort to knock through some of my emails tomorrow.

To be fair... I saw you deleted your thread. I knew that if you were more patient and waited the known and warned wait time of up to 3 days you would get your codes, and I am assuming you did. I cannot speed that up; I wish I could. I skip it mainly because:

*I can't make them go faster
*Me replying doesn't change the fact they haven't gone through yet
*They'll likely go through anyway and you'll ignore/delete your thread when they do
