Hello. Made a ticket about a speedhacker in WSG, and asked a currently present GM in global chat to survey this player.
Seconds later, my account was banned. Well done (And no, I did not abuse, or even accidently used, any talent bug. Just specced from the baseline points I had upon logging in and it had reset)

Shadowed the last minute using NVidia Shadowplay if that'll come handy.
This ban occurred 09:18 GMT+1

On Softclouds indeed. Tried it now, and it's lifted. I was banned for hours, got it recorded. Glad it worked out somehow. Thank you for your response:)

There's no ban record on the account though... so I am very confused how this was possible since there's no record of any ban/suspension being on your account.

There is no unreachable place for a mage.

I appreciate your informative response, thank you. Altho I would like to add that place is not unreachable at all. It's just around the corner of the ramp zone of the alliance base, next to the tents. I parked myself there, as few alliance players looks at that spot for horde players, while writing my report ticket for their speedhacking enemy flag carrier, aswell as trying to contact a GM that was currently active in the /5 channel.
I was originally on my way to capture their flag, but pretty much gave it up as it got absolutely clear how they had a speedhacker picking up the flag and scoring.

That's definitely understandable. There was a lot of chaos yesterday, so we apologize if we didn't look into it further because we were just trying to get rid of abusing players. I have lifted the IP ban now.

I was afraid this would've turned into a replay of my experience on the Molten server, where I got banned for reporting a hacker using the assigned tool, simultaneously as getting personally insulted by a GM.

Thanks for taking your time to listen and actually put effort into your role as GM/Admin. You definately improve the quality of the server this way. Thank you<3
