Connection help needed

Still stuck on authenticating...

One line, realmlist is wtf file

Can anyone just please point me in the right direction

This has happened to me a couple of times, and I couldn't figure out why it happened or how to fix it.


But now I have a solution !

First of all you need to run Command Prompt as Admin.

Then type in "ipconfig/release" - When you do this you wil lose your internet connection. But don't fear!

Afterwards just type in "ipconfig/renew" - And you should get your connection back.

Sometimes you have to do "ipconfig/flushdns" - But it's not neccessary all the time.

I googled it and got only this,we've had a similar thread here,but i never found out what caused it.Im sure someone from the smolderforge team will help you if this doesn't work don't worry. But If you're going to try this above,restart your computer first just to make sure everything's clean and good to go then try logging in. Then if it still doesn't work try the thingy above.

Ah you're using an EnUS client. The WoW.exe of Smolderforge might be EnGB and that might be the cause for your connection problems. I'll upload the US one in a second.

If it's called WoW(2).exe rename it to WoW.exe and replace it with yours.
