This is a bit odd, I think it has relation with the Warden not working recently. However I've done an entire reboot of the server, cleared out all caches, error files, etc. Normally when the server runs for too long and these errors pile up strange things start happening. So I'll reboot the server after preforming backups of all the databases since I need to do one now.
