Well, just use /ignore if someone bothers you. GMs are not allowed to ban for that, they can just warn him.
But if you take it really seriously you can still take screenshots with translation if it's not in english and fill Henhouse mailbox. [email protected]

Like Apuclevercow said, in most cases we ask that you please use the ignore feature in-game. If you are being harassed repeatedly, you are welcome to submit screenshot reports to the email, as listed. These will be reviewed by staff.
