So we're farming for Rank 1, 2pts a win 90+ games, i mean comon give us some slack.

We get a queue cool, more pts to get towards rank one, and i get a bug telling me im in combat and can't enter, so im like wtf is this ganksta, so i do the clever thing, Vanish. Oh wait nvm didnt work. So i move cities, oh wait nvm didnt work.

It takes so long to farm pts here at 1900+ and to loose 29 to this bug is ridiculous.
Is there anything you can do Hen?


I mean we farmed the team after this bugg like 4 times till they logged it wasnt hard, guaranteed win...

Indeed to lose 29 points what would have been a win to this is absolutely ridiculous i mean please help.

I'm not sure what to say except sorry. We simply do not have the resources to launch an investigation on this. I mean if you for some reason had legible video footage we could, but I'm assuming the chances of that are very, very small.

The only thing I can recommend is to preform habits of making sure you aren't having bad connectivity, no strange bugs are on your character, and simply re-log occasionally.

I really am sorry, but there's not really anything I can do.
