Can i ask when my ban will be removed ? Im still banned for more then 5 years.

You can login to the website and view the banned duration and reason on your account page. If you wish to appeal a ban, you can open a ticket on our Discord server.

There is a channel called #open-ticket where you can press a button to open a ticket to speak with a GM. We prefer to do support this way nowadays.
