Website says I have an authenticator but i dont have one, so i cant log in ingame or on the website

Today I made an Account on Smolderforge, I wanted to verify my account but i made an Authenticator (because i didnt read correctly sorry for that). So when you sent me the code to verify the Authenticator, I used my Codescanner app and now i have said on your website that i have an Authenticator, but I dont really have one, please reset the Authenticator thing, i finally want to play on your server! :(
