Apolyon lost after race change...

I did a race change from Orc -> UD and I lost my Apolyon in the process.

My Apolyon appeared in the mail soon after but I can't retrieve it because "I don't own that item".

I decided to donate for a new one since it doesn't take as long time as using support, but somehow, the new Apolyon disappeared too, only to show up in the mailbox again, and I can't take it from the mailbox either. :^D
