Cant change the Setreamlist (no acces on the folder)

Hi, i do have download the torret and open it with winwar.
but when its time to change the Setrealmlist, Winwar refuse cause i dont have ''acces''
i can open it but i just cant copy or had folder and its the only one who does that.
and yes im the Administraor.
