Ever since the new mall change there is an NPC in Tanaris called "Misc. Vendor", who took over the job of selling rings. So far so good. The problem is, this vendor no longer sells the melee/ranged dps haste ring (http://www.wowhead.com/item=32526/band-of-devastation).

Seeing as the vendor continues to sell the caster dps haste ring (http://www.wowhead.com/item=32527/ring- ... -knowledge) and the healer haste ring (http://www.wowhead.com/item=32528/bless ... of-karabor), I fail to see why the vendor would not sell the melee/ranged dps haste ring.

After reviewing the items which the vendor has for sale for the tenth time, I came here hoping that someone can set me straight. Is the lack of the item intentional? Or is it negligence? And, if it is negligence, can the item be added to the vendor?
