Donation Problome

Hey, ive been trying to buy the donar mall acsess. I tried using a registerable and unregisterable Pre Paid visa and mastercard. I also tried using my brothers acual Visa. My brother card got "blocked" the second time he tried to use it and the pre paid cards would ultimately be transation denied. i live in Canada B.C.
