I've been banned for a wrong reason, so naturally I did an appeal, but I couldn't imagine I was about to fall in a cartoon ^^
I almost died laughing, really !
Basically, I queued some games with a random dude, and this dude seems to have tried to wintrade in arena by multiboxing

So I've send an email to Xios, this is is answer ( after almost a week ) http://hpics.li/8041840
So he's telling me he don't know shit about this case, so why did they gave me his adress?

@Sylferey You can consider wintrading the fact of fraudulently winning games. And that is what your team did.
I say your team and not only your teammate because you couldn't be unaware of the wintrade: It was either the enemy team or your teammate who were inactive during the match. Any player would have noticed his mate is afk while the opponents can't win a 2v1, which is highly suspicious.
Consequently you cannot state you have been banned for a wrong reason.

Now I must say you're doing things in a very wrong way, you cannot behave like that towards Game Masters and an unban appeal isn't something you write in a minute, knowing that all the Game Masters are not aware of the detailed reasons of your ban.
You must explain why you have been banned (I told you what it was) and explain why you would like to be unbanned. On the screenshots you shared we can see you did not respect that at all.

If you think it's highly suspicious go watch our 2s games. Smolder says it's all recorded, so go check, instead of tellin me it's suspicious. It's OBVIOUSLY suspicious because there is a russian involved lmao

As farm I remember there never was permanent bans for wintrading arena, but ban for the whole one arena season(At least since I play on smolderforge)

That's usually the case for known-arena players since it's easier to monitor them. For players that are new and wintrade it's too hard to keep track of them since the amount of new players that wintrade is much higher than seasoned veterans that play. So it usually applies to more coordinated wintrading.


Anyway, I have responded to OP via email requesting more information regarding this situation since he never once tells us who he is in-game, gives Grael the wrong account name, etc. Situation is just best left for an email.
