Unban appeal with no secsappeal

Hi, I'm posting here because I got almost no answers by mail ( maybe you're busy idk).
My account got permaban, ( account with chars Blindcurse / Imthedivine and some others), but it's a mistake.
I'll explain in a few words what happen:
I queued some 2s games (about 10) with a random dude named Hlofeheal or something like that, not sure.
This guy doesnt even speak english, not even engrish. While we were doing these few games, he logged 2 others accounts to que ( thats what the GM told me) in order to wintrade.
So now I got 4 questions:
1- How am I suppose to wintrade with a guy who doesnt even speak english?
2- What's the point to wintrade if it's to get 1600 rating?
3- If I did wintrade, how do you explain that our opponents ARE PLAYING?
4-What's the point to wintrade if I already have the full s4?

Anyway, maybe this moron druid ( yes he is ) did multibox in arena, but if it's the case, ban HIM, not me Oo.
Imagine the surprise when you gonna log and see " your account is closed ". I almost pee in my bed, it was horrific. I still have nightmares where I kill my sister because she yells " BAN BAAAAN BAN LMAO "

I hope you could do something quick about this ! (Servers says the arena games are recorded, so I don't even ask for trust, go and check if needed)

I told you, if you wintrade you'll get permanently banned.
If you want more information you will have to private message the Game Master that banned you.

Though as I said, permanently means forever.
