Donation problem!help!!!

i just donated 5.25 usd for s4 gear, but it tells me transaction cant be completed, but still charged me on my card, but im in a situation where i donated the money, but got nothing , no codes, no anything :( i emailed the GM and Paymentwall , but they havent even reply yet. what should i do guys, im stressed out now..
