A simple Unit Frame addon?

Hia. I'm looking for a simple unit frame addon for 2.4.3 which just makes the health bar bigger. Like UnitFramesImproved or GhettoFrames (these are not compatible with TBC). Anyone knows of anything like this ?

X-perl or ArenaLive unitframe, both are simply to use =)
