If you were in the donor mall and clicked the orb, just go to the NPC Liron (tiger) and port back to the donor mall. Is this the problem or did I misunderstand?

If that is possible then i still payed for it twice on same character bucause lack of knowlegde is it possible to get a new code so i can use it on another character instead?
