I can not come to your site , only browser TOR can help me. I tried to ping and trace to the site - everything is good . My ip 82.193.155.117.
I call my internet provider, they told me that my ip can be banned. Here are my screenshots

@immudon If you can ping smolderforge, your IP is not "banned" server-side. If you were banned/blacklisted you wouldn't get any reply from the sent packets.
From the tracert you provided, the hops are coherents and its trip times are low enough to say neither your home router nor your ISP seem to be causing this issue.

In my opinion, you're just facing a browser issue. Try to delete the cache or use another browser.
By the way, edit your message and hide your IP.

When in doubt, restart router & computer, clear cache as well. I feel like random issues sometimes stem from things simply needing to be reset.

I have whitelisted your IP address in the event that Cloudflare - our web filtering provider, was blocking you for some reason. Perhaps that may have helped as well?
