New User Can't Log On

Got everything downloaded and the client recognizes the server. I get to the part where i select Smolderforge server and say OK, then it says connected.......Disconnected from server. This is as far as I have gotten.

About these connection issues, since I never had to deal with them, it's quite awkward to see 80% of ppl lagging around sometimes, all walking in mid air in the same time, while me and a few others playing normally...

On topic: @rusty2687 try a few times in a row to log on, it may work, it happens sometimes to disconnect right before your character loading screen shows up.

i downloaded everything as it should be and i just cannot enter my account it says "unable to connect"

Go into your WoW folder and edit the realmlist.wtf with any tekst editor, put the following in:
set realmlist connect.smolderforge.com

Save it and then try logging in again

realmlist.wtf is not in WTF folder but in the main WoW folder

i cannot find the MAIN wow folder

it should be in the WoW folder where WoW.exe is also in.
