can't connect

Can't connect. I downloaded the file that the main site prompted me to. I made a new folder called "smolder forge wow" and extracted the torrent into that folder. When I open "WoW" it shows the burning crusade background so I feel like I have the right game but when I try logging in it doesn't work and says "unable to connect" now i'm aware that you have to set a realm list. But I literally searched everywhere in the folder and I don't seem to have a realmlist.wtf file

Put it in the same folder where Wow.exe is located. NOT under /Data/ folder -- only in 3.x did it get moved there.

Hello! I downloaded the server today (01.01.16) and I tried to log in, but it says : 'Unable to connect' - So i have the same problem and I checked the forums.. No one could help me, like there was no answer, then I found this, but I already changed the realmlist and it still doesn't work, it doesn't let me connect :(

Did you add the realmlist.wtf file on the website?
