hello i've recived many mails from paymentwall for payments on your site,i've never been here before and someone use my identity to buy things in your game, so could someone can contact me to see what happens, or is there a way to contact an administrator ...thank you.

i've already contact them but nobody answer me since many hours...and i think it can be usefull to you to know someone is hacking credit cards to buys items on your servers...or maybe you don't mind because the only important thing is that the money arrives in your pocket...

Sounds like you're very impatient. It can take them a few days to reply, I'm sure. And no, not really. I cannot do anything about stolen credit cards. I cannot see who used what card -- that's Paymentwall, and why you should contact them. I simply receive the donations and information regarding it in a simple form, nothing more.

However, I am going to call bullshit on you considering you play on Smolderforge (same email on forum as in-game account), have two characters and a matching IP address. So trying to lie about getting your money back isn't going to work because, as stated in our Terms of Use, we don't refund donations. End of discussion.

i've just created my account on this forum because it's the only way to speak to someone here,i don't want refund i just want you to ban the guy who use my mail from your game,i've never asked you to send me money back , i just want you to know someone use my credit card on your game... but it's sure it's more easy for you to say i'm a lier than try to help me... and yes i'm not patient when someone is stealing my money ....in all case , i ask you to close the account wich is attached to my mail, could you almost do that please?

i don't understand your evidences, i've an account on a Real blizzard server,that maybe what you've seen , but i didn't even know your site two hours ago...so if you really don't want to trust me ,thats your problem: if peoples use hacked credit cards to buy shits on yours ILLEGALS servers,and if you just faint to ignore this fact...i don't think this is the best way for you to not have problems in the future...so thiks what you want , i'll find an other way to solve this matter...

The admin has got no way to know if a payment was done from a hacked cc.

Therefore merely your bank (you should ask for a credit freeze if you really get hacked) and/or paymentwall will be able to help you.
Then, paymentwall will probably deal with Smolderforge admin about the amounts.
Note that paymentwall will probably do IP checks, fake reports might result as a ban.

ok...the only think i'm asking here is an ban and the suppession of this account i've never oppened...and the really problem now is: i don't really know if my bank account have been hacked(i'm in france and my bank is closed since many hours)

However the way you steer this conversation makes doubt on its truthfulness.
