No donation code yet

Hi there,

Im new here and just donated for the first time to the server.
It said that some donation take longer then normal.

I have waited for 4 days now and still no code. I have send a mail to [email protected] already but no reply.
Is it possible to reply to my mail or send me my donation code ingame?
