Need Henhouse decision on this

So there is faction change on this server, been around for a long long time, the same as the ability to keep opposite faction Rune of Recalls when changing factions and it was never an issue, players have been using them for years.

I remember just over a month ago Xios telling me to ignore those who call me a hacker for using them

Today he threatened a ban and deleted them from my bags, same person who told me it was okay

I donated 2 faction changes for this and spent like 50k honor, so could you Henhouse once for all clarify if this is a bannable issue or it's okay? I'm getting very mixed signals and got a feeling not even Xios is 100% sure.

If you didn't want players to keep them you could very easily code a remove item command in the faction change right? But it was never put into place

Well it's not hacking, it's called" bug abuse". They should change once you change faction, but they don't, yet.

I did tell you that IF you do this again you will get suspended for an X amount of time.

Make a ticket about how many Rune Of Recall that you had, and I will give you that number back(but this time for your faction).

I'm assuming this is being done so that you can abuse AV, intentionally disrupt normal gameplay in order to close out the game faster and earn marks quicker? Then yes, this is an exploit and therefore can be subject to proper punishment. We'll be looking into fixing this soon to where they properly convert over.

There is a same issue with changing factions, the pvp daily quests that you accept as a horde, and then change to alliance you can earn 4 more fragments cos if you win WSG ( and other bgs ) you can turn it the quest for both factions ONCE.
