Try to get the game from another source, i had the same problem and that helped me. The version that's on this page seems to have some kind of a problem.

Sounds like you didn't fully download it, it's corrupted, or your decompresser messed up. Try using 7zip, or WinRAR. I personally would recommend 7zip, and insure that the torrent did reach 100%.
