requesting to change my race back from human to undead. Race changing NPC allowed me to change race without need of token (i didnt have token to begin with) so i changed to human this morning, later on i wanted to change back to undead only to find out that i need token to actually change race again.

I'm quite sure that such a race change includes a warning. Didn't you see that such a transfer is irreversible without having a token? The idea is to bring some horde players to alliance, not the other way around. This is why you cannot go back to Horde without having a token.
