I am kindly asking you to update the personal rating of SoloQ before you flush arena points tomorrow morning. I know you have done this in the past in the first weeks after SoloQ was implemented. I know doing this isn't a permanent fix, but I have enough arena points and enough team rating to buy the brutal weapon, but sadly not enough personal rating. I have made tickets in game and GMs have told me that you are the only one who can fix this.
