Deleted account

Hello guys. I played here long time ago and i had 2 accounts. My first one is still active and everything is ok with it, but my second one is deleted for unknown reason (if i remember correctly i spoke with the crystal that makes ur accout undeletable with both accounts). Could you please give me any information of what i can do to retrieve the account or this is not possible?
