Personal rating

So about the 3s system, majority of the bugs are fixed, and I want to say good job to the staff, however one more bug thats rly gamebreaking is the buggy personal rating, now I know it's supposed to be hard to reach a high rating,however, as the staff already knows, when u lose a match in 3s u team rating goes (-10,-8,-12...) and personal rating (-20,-25,-30...) and one win gives to both team rating and personal rating (+3,+4, +5,+6) and it's really hard and in theory impossible to maintain personal rating, I just managed (barely ) to reach 2056 on my team rating but suprise suprise my personal rating is 1.7 and it's impossible for me to make it 2k without losing a few rounds,because as everyone knows,you can get teammates that aren't good enough to do their jobs. So the actual problem I want to adress is my personal rating didn't got equalized to the number of team rating I got in todays flush, and I wanna know what's going on with that :X Henhouse is in charge of manually settings pers ratings equal to team ratings of players and I just wanna know when could he approx. do the equalizing.
