Unable to Interact with NPCs (New Member)

I'm currently unable to speak with any NPC's, receive quests, or use portals.

I've just created a new character and discovered this issue immediately. I created a second character and am unable to do these things on my other character as well.

So far, I've relogged, cleared my cache for each browser I use, resubmitted the server info into the realmlist.wft file, and uninstalled and redownloaded the client WoW with 2.4.3 and still have had no success.

I don't know if this will help pinpoint the issue but I'm currently running WoW on Windows 8 through Parallels on my Mac (currently running Mountain Lion).

Please help as I'm anxious to play!!

I'm not sure if you're someone new or the same person I helped a few days ago (some naked gnome running around panicking). The solution we found was for you to right click on an npc around 3 times for the interaction window to pop up. See if that helps.
