LAG in isle of queldanas

I am very sure about this that it is not my ISP. Every afternoon(in my country) which is let's say 1PM starting is 7 AM server time. That is my time for dailies. Well everytime i go to isle of queldanas my latency goes to above 2k always. and thus im not able to take quests. WHY is that happening?! it's starting get annoying. it happened to me like three times now. i would like to have it fixed
