Cheating : Rudiapl Blood elf pala, blinking

Fought againts him in the BG just before, blinking like a mad, 1 sec he is in melee, next second out of my range, other second he is like 1km far away. Got an SS but as the nature of cheat it is difficult to understand what is he doing.

I am afraid this is not enough of a proof to say that Rudiapl used hacks. I have seen many players who looked like they used game hacks, just because they had temporary connection problems.
