Server stability

Good evening,
in the last weeks i notice more of a few server lags. Lags, which made it impossible to play efficiently.
In case of this I have a few questions.
Did you ever made a server cleanup ? This means, delete the inactive charakters, accounts and everything else.
Are you informed about the lags and searching for a solution?

I'm sorry for my english, but it isn't my mothertongue.

We are indeed aware of this and are actively looking into the issue.

A server cleanup and maintenance is well overdue. I will probably perform one this weekend.
