Old Account Got Deleted

After a long time of inactivity, my account has been deleted. I was a donor on five characters if I recall, or something around there.

I was wondering if there is any way to restore the account. Can provide extra details if needed; just need to know what to do.

I'm afraid if they've been permanently deleted, there is no restoring them at that point.

Is there a way I can have the donations refunded, or new codes provided, given I can prove I am indeed a donor?

I'm sorry,but you can't. When you donated,you donated to help the server and as a gift you received items. If you havent been on for quite a long time,then your account has been indeed deleted. There's a new donor account preservation system which can preserve your donor account if you choose to-meaning it will never be deleted.
