Can't log in

Hi, I'm new to Smolderforge so I downloaded it and everything came out all right and I set the correct realmlist and everything and now when I open it up and type in my username and password ( regardless if I typed in the correct username and password ) it just stays on "Authenticating" for like 5 min and then it will just say "You have been disconnected from the server." I don't know what to do because everything was fine up to that point and I have the correct realmlist set. Cam you help me?
