How to get a Character which got deleted

Hi all, my little brother deleted my charac when i was afk, and i was wonderin' if i could get him back, and i already created a new one with the same name but i farmed with the other hard to get my stuff. if you can help it ll be happy


acc name : Forlan
Charac' name : Netherspite
