URGENT: Need help with my accounts.

about 1 or 2 years ago i used to play this server a lot, but i left it because i started to play on other expansions, anyways the fact is that when i got back here, i was like "O EM GEE" coz i did forget all my accounts (around 5) except 2 that i am using right now (also donors) ;all they had donor chars and all of them were actually really important for me aswell, ok so i went to the Webpage of Smolderforge to recover the passwords but they require ID's name, like really??? omg, how are we suposed to recover the pass if i dont remember it, i ofc wont remember the ID aswell, i hope you answer answer me as soon as possible because i had really good chars and i cant wait to play again on smolderforge, the emails are:

If you were offline for over 10+ months, your accounts got deleted. There's absolutely no way to recover them.

Mr GM, i clicked that thingie that was preventing my accounts to get deleted i remember it, would you please give me the ids of those email or send me new passwords so i can change it??
