It's not. He received a 24 hr ban, as said on the previous page. He spammed, more than just 'a little bit.' So, I muted him only once, and for five minutes. He responded with opening a total of six tickets, cussing me out for doing my job, I warned him repeatedly his attitude would have unfavorable results. He did not listen, so, there you go Tentacles. If it was indeed your brother on the account, I recommend you change the password before he causes further damages.
