Rocket boots xtreme is not working, every time I use it it says its not ready yet and gives the 5min cd

Doomsday has them and his work fine, idk what to tell you, because I just see him using them, don't know what he does to make them work O.o

is his the lite version(cloth)? maybe thats why

Doomsday uses the Goblin Rocket Boots. Those are the weaker version of the rocket boots with barely any stats and they are also cloth. Those work fine.
