Severe stuttering in battlegrounds

The stuttering is borderline micro-stuttering. Each stutter only lasts 0.3-0.5 seconds and it can happen many times within a short period of time. Anyone else getting this? It is especially bad in AV and the more players that are on screen, the worse it gets.

I've heard about reducing the view distance, but it has not helped much.

Yes, the stuttering you get in AV is just ridiculous, nearly making it impossible to play really.
The worst is when we're at Vanndar, I get a freeze every 2-3 seconds there.
Is this happening with just a few people or everyone? Cause nobody seems to talk about it in AV itself

It helps, but like I said, it doesn't solve it completely. In AV it is still very bad.
