Edit: I have changed my realmlist (TBC).. But do I need to patch after DL? In that case, can someone link it for me? ive searched for a while

What version is your current World Of Warcraft client? Also what did you download.

I downloaded from here, patched and finished

Make sure you have written the realmlist on 1 line, if you copy pasted it its probably written on 2 lines.

Ok I fixed it ( wasnt what u mentioned so nvm ) but now, it says my info is unvalid lol.. 3 accs confirmed, none works!

If the information is "invalid" you are probably using the wrong realmlist.
